THE CITY OF TRES CANTOS
The City has been built very recently (only 20 years ago) so we are talking about a very young city.
At the moment the number of inhabitants is of 42.500. It's foreseen to expand towards the northern area.
A very high percentage of Tres Cantos inhabitants are Catholics.
Considering the present growth of the population we think Tres cantos will have about 60-70.000 inhabitants within five/seven years.
Very important national and international companies as Lucent Technologies, Siemens, Glaxo-Smithkline, Sener, Microsoft, IBM, two television channels, etc. have established their headquarters in this city.
